RiCCotta. In 4 years the number 1.

5 years ago, RiCCotta didn’t exist. Today, it’s the ricotta with the highest sales figures in large-scale retail according to figures released by Nielsen.

The new ricotta was presented to the market in spring 2018. Caseificio Valcolatte, a family business with a long-standing cheese-making tradition and a
product of uncompromising quality, approached us and asked us to create a brand and product identity to take it into the large-scale retail business.

We created a new brand for the product. The design is genuine, the naming incisive.
Today, together with Valcolatte, we are celebrating a huge achievement.
